Aufgaben
- Underwrite profitable business to meet performance targets
- Negotiate participation, pricing, and terms with brokers
- Support new business acquisition
- Retain existing business
- Develop personalized solutions for clients and brokers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, clients, and key stakeholders
- Structure customized solutions following underwriting guidelines and policy
- Ensure contract certainty at inception for all accounts
- Utilize global pricing tools for consistency and accuracy
- Proactively manage capacity for growth and risk mitigation
- Ensure underwriting compliance with governance frameworks
