Aufgaben
- Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders
- Provide technical consulting and support
- Onboard carriers and freight forwarders to TMS
- Configure integration settings in TMS
- Prepare test data for onboarding
- Execute technical integration testing
- Validate messages and resolve errors
- Support carriers in integration issues
- Coordinate go-live activities
- Provide post-go-live hypercare support
- Communicate progress, risks, and milestones
- Contribute to process improvements
- Maintain onboarding documentation
- Improve onboarding templates and runbooks
