Anforderungen
- Proven experience in international shipping, export documentation, and logistics coordination
- Solid working knowledge of SAP, E-Trans, and freight forwarding platforms
- Familiarity with customs regulations, Incoterms, and international trade compliance
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize in fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills in English and French
- Preferably other language (e.g., German)
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
- Use of protective equipment required for certain roles
Aufgaben
- Support international shipments
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing
- Create and implement shipments in SAP
- Organize and group deliveries according to instructions and Incoterms
- Prepare and issue export documentation
- Create and manage export documents in E-Trans
- Handle and monitor transport orders via freight forwarder platforms
- Follow up on shipments and delivery deadlines
- Manage inbound transportation from suppliers to Switzerland and international subsidiaries
- Monitor merchandise imports
- Verify accompanying import documents
- Prepare preferential and non-preferential certificates of origin
- Issue temporary ATA carnets for goods under temporary export conditions
