- Support development and maintenance of hazard logs
- Update risk classification tables
- Structure and update FHA and FMEA analyses
- Ensure traceability between hazards and mitigations
- Prepare risk matrices and traceability diagrams
- Work closely with Safety and Qualification Engineers
