• •Support product discovery through customer interviews and usability testing
• •Validate hypotheses using data analysis
• •Structure problem statements, user stories, and requirements

• •Assist with backlog preparation and prioritization
• •Collaborate with IT, Marketing, Sales, and Legal
• •Prepare documentation, briefs, and stakeholder presentations
• •Coordinate cross-team dependencies and follow up on actions
• •Support go-to-market preparations and feature documentation
• •Track and analyze product KPIs and usage metrics
• •Synthesize qualitative and quantitative customer feedback
• •Identify and flag product improvement opportunities
• •Contribute to product health reviews and retrospectives
• •Document processes and improve operational workflows
• •Coordinate product inputs for legal and compliance topics
• •Maintain consistent product documentation across tools
• •Manage day-to-day coordination and stakeholder communication
