Anforderungen

  • •Passion for gaming, Free-to-Play, and Games-as-a-Service
  • •At least 2 years of experience in Product Management - Games preferred
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • •Problem-solving and results-oriented attitude
  • •Team-oriented and collaborative mindset
  • •Understanding of balancing quantitative and qualitative feedback
  • •Experience with KPIs and data
  • •Skilled in MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel; SQL and Tableau a plus
  • •Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Data, or similar field
  • •Data background within games considered
  • •Mentoring and training skills
  • •Experience working with Game Development teams
  • •Experience in Live-Ops and fast-paced teams
  • •Experience working with international teams

Aufgaben

  • •Act as the end-to-end Product Owner for the game and its players
  • •Translate product vision and strategy into actionable requests and requirements
  • •Identify cost-effective and high-impact opportunities to maximize efficiency
  • •Facilitate cross-functional communication among engineers, designers, and marketers
  • •Develop a deep understanding of growth drivers for the product using data and user feedback
  • •Manage daily operations of the game, including in-game engagement and promotions
  • •Hypothesize, test, and improve strategies for retention, conversion, and monetization
  • •Lead and manage team members responsible for daily game operations
  • •Collaborate with other Product Managers and Leadership on cross-product initiatives
