Aufgaben
- Provide clinical and technical support for the Affera™ Mapping and Ablation System
- Train physicians and EP Lab Staff on system usage and related equipment
- Introduce new technologies to hospital stakeholders through in-service training
- Develop advanced clinical workflows
- Plan and assist in the installation of the Affera™ Mapping and Ablation System
- Collaborate with the technical department for effective system setup
- Support the education team in developing training centers
- Share clinical best practices to enhance customer experience
- Work with field service engineers on technical troubleshooting
- Respond promptly to customer and stakeholder inquiries
- Participate in territory reviews with the account team and Sales Manager
- Complete all required company training
- Attend regional and international congresses, symposia, and workshops
