- •Good understanding of computer hardware and operating systems
- •Good knowledge of MS Office 365 and hardware
- •Good knowledge of remote assistance tools
- •Fundamental understanding of cloud
- •Working knowledge of Azure and Intune
- •Working knowledge of Exchange and network troubleshooting
- •Ability to work internationally in a matrix-managed environment
- •Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
- •Good communication skills
- •Ability to explain technical issues to non-technical people
- •Self-motivated
- •Experience in multi-cultural environment is an asset
Aufgaben
- •Log and resolve first-level incidents.
- •Fulfill service requests for IT services.
- •Support technical areas like computers and printers.
- •Promote adherence to Dennemeyer policies and standards.
- •Ensure compliance with ITSM, ITIL, and security policies.
- •Utilize the knowledge base for incident responses.
- •Take ownership of incidents and keep users updated.
- •Document issues and resolutions in the ITSM tool.
- •Manage the lifecycle of end-user computers, including:
- •Deployment of new systems.
- •Maintenance of existing systems.
- •Renewal of equipment.
- •Disposal management of outdated systems.
- •Provide remote support using technical tools.
- •Participate in after-hours on-call support.
- •Be available for on-call responsibilities.
