Anforderungen
- University degree in business economics with Controlling/Finance focus
- Strong analytical skills and hands-on mentality
- 1-2 years experience in finance/controlling (internships/Junior position)
- Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proactive independent work, challenging status quo
- Proficient in MS Office package, particularly Advanced Excel
- Previous experience with ERP systems (SAP, JD Edwards) and BI tools (Tagetik, Jedox, Power BI) is a plus
- Tech savviness
- Fluent in written and verbal German and English
- Lives in Cologne or nearby
Aufgaben
- Support monthly P&L reporting with management commentary
- Participate in planning scenarios: estimates, forecasts, and risk assessments
- Prepare ad hoc analysis for management and stakeholders
- Support marketing teams with budget planning and monitoring
- Develop financial business cases for new product launches
- Consolidate P&L for Western Europe markets (DACH, BENELUX)
- Prepare financial KPI and brand dashboards using BI tools
- Support Group Finance Transformation projects
- Develop and enhance existing BI and reporting systems
