- Analyze high-dimensional biomarker data
- Identify predictive and pharmacodynamic biomarkers
- Integrate multi-omics data using deep learning
- Develop R and Python functions to share methods
- Develop R Shiny applications to share results
- Collaborate with diverse partners
- Contribute to cross-company ML/AI working group
- Emphasize biomarker science in ML/AI applications
- Publish scientific findings
- Present findings in seminars
- Present findings in internal and external webinars
