- Manage and respond to retail customer service tickets
- Follow defined processes and service guidelines
- Provide professional, customer-oriented written communication
- Coordinate service cases with Technical Support
- Follow up on cases with Service Coordinators
- Escalate complex cases to senior team members
- Upload and manage service-related invoices
- Prepare basic Excel reports on ticket status
- Report on response times and invoicing data
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions
- Support general administrative and operational tasks
