Anforderungen

  • •Completed university degree with a technical focus
  • •Internships or initial professional experience in strategy consulting or strategically oriented role
  • •Strong interest in emerging technologies and understanding of business strategy implications
  • •Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
  • •Confidence in client-facing situations
  • •Strong communication abilities
  • •Clear and effective communication in French/German and English

  • •Collaborate with CDOs and CIOs on platform and cloud strategies
  • •Define target operating models and governance structures
  • •Establish KPIs such as availability and change success rate
  • •Support companies in making strategic AI and automation investments
  • •Drive agile working methods and cloud strategies in interdisciplinary teams
  • •Structure platform product catalogs and define interfaces
  • •Establish SRE and DevOps practices for platform operations
  • •Analyze make-or-buy scenarios and evaluate providers
  • •Design near/offshore delivery models and define SLAs and OLAs
  • •Support transitions and governance, including service integration and performance reviews
