Anforderungen
- Ongoing university studies in Environmental Engineering, Sustainability, Environmental Sciences, Ecology, Biology, Consulting, or comparable field
- Initial professional experience through internships or student positions in sustainability, consulting, ESG, environmental management, or related area is desirable
- Passion for biodiversity, sustainability, and environmental trends
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
- German language skills are an advantage
- Excellent communication and writing skills for reports, presentations, and communication materials
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint
- GIS knowledge preferred (QGIS or ArcGIS)
- Structured, proactive, and analytical working style with hands-on mentality
- Experience in project management, ESG reporting or data analysis is an advantage
- Willing and able to travel (Europe)

- Support planning and implementation of biodiversity initiatives
- Contribute to ESG projects
- Monitor environmental developments and trends
- Track performance indicators
- Collect and analyze ESG and non-financial KPI data
- Report data to internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare sustainability reports
- Create sustainability presentations
- Develop communication materials
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement activities
- Collaborate with local communities
- Work with business partners and NGOs
- Organize community outreach activities
- Plan internal events
- Arrange site visits
- Coordinate fairs and other initiatives
- Strengthen company's environmental and social impact
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders
- Maintain relationships with external stakeholders
- Support cross-functional sustainability projects
- Collaborate with business leaders on biodiversity initiatives
- Collaborate on community-related initiatives
- Monitor regulatory developments
- Track emerging sustainability trends
- Implement sustainability and biodiversity trends in business
- Support Corporate Sustainability Program Project Management
