- Ensure compliance of products and marketing strategies
- Offer timely and effective legal services for Central Europe markets
- Maintain business operations adherence to regulations and corporate governance
- Collaborate with diverse teams for pragmatic legal advice
- Support the Legal Department in managing contentious matters
- Oversee external counsel and handle litigation and administrative proceedings
- Deliver training sessions on compliance with internal policies and regulations
- Take leadership responsibilities within the Legal Department
- Support cross-functional initiatives in Switzerland and Austria
- Foster collaboration and drive alignment for commercial success
- Review and risk-assess marketing and commercial activities
- Monitor and interpret the legal and regulatory framework
- Identify legal priorities and contribute to cross-functional projects
- Review marketing initiatives with legal rigor and business awareness
- Provide clear, solution-oriented guidance for marketing teams
- Draft and review contracts and supporting documents
- Develop and optimize standard contract templates
- Drive contract lifecycle management
- Monitor the legislative environment for compliance
