Aufgaben

  • Record daily financial transactions
  • Perform bank transaction postings
  • Reconcile company debit cards
  • Ensure timely tax payments with tax advisor
  • Reconcile IC balances with local Accounting Managers
  • Manage cost approval for incoming invoices
  • Calculate intercompany invoices
  • Issue intercompany invoices according to transfer pricing policy
  • Assist in month-end financial close
  • Assist in year-end financial close
  • Follow German GAAP (HGB) and IFRS
  • Challenge and improve processes
  • Contribute to company automation and digitalization
  • Collaborate on accounting and finance projects
