- Experience with large, unstructured datasets
- Foundational understanding of financial and business KPIs
- Ability to troubleshoot data discrepancies
- Ability to translate complex datasets into actionable business insights
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs)
- Experience with VBA
- Intermediate skills writing complex queries
- Intermediate skills performing multi-table joins
- Intermediate skills handling data cleaning
- Proficiency in Python for data analysis
- Use of Pandas for data manipulation and visualization
- Use of NumPy for data manipulation and visualization
- Experience building dashboards in Tableau or Power BI
- Experience building reports in Tableau or Power BI
- Fluency in English (written and verbal)
- German language skills

- Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets
- Support FP&A with data-driven insights
- Automate and optimize reporting processes
- Develop data models for forecasting and analysis
