- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field
- Strong experience in IT vendor management, procurement, or license management
- Proven ability to manage vendor relationships, contracts, and negotiations
- Knowledge of Software Asset Management (SAM)
- Knowledge of license compliance
- Knowledge of IT governance frameworks
- Familiarity with IT environments
- Collaboration with Architecture, Security, and Procurement teams
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Structured and commercially minded approach
Aufgaben
- Lead discovery and consolidation of IT vendor landscape
- Identify overlaps and drive standardization across business units
- Implement and manage Software Asset / License Management (SAM) system
- Ensure accurate tracking of licenses and renewals
- Manage strategic IT vendor relationships
- Conduct performance reviews and handle escalations
- Manage contract lifecycle and align with business strategy
- Establish and enforce license governance
- Ensure compliance and audit readiness
- Optimize costs across the organization
- Deliver vendor and license reporting
- Create dashboards and insights for IT leadership
- Support budgeting, risk management, and decision-making
