Aufgaben
- Represent Global Cloud Operations to major regional customers
- Lead technical and architectural discussions across the SAP stack
- Advise on high-availability, disaster recovery, and hyperscaler components
- Maintain technical landscapes to ensure stable business operations
- Coordinate and support customer software maintenance and patching
- Identify critical issues and drive resolution action plans
- Lead root-cause analysis for high-severity escalations
- Execute capacity planning and performance benchmarking exercises
- Implement improvements to increase landscape stability and quality
- Collaborate with internal units to enhance customer satisfaction
- Act as a trusted advisor and customer advocate
