Anforderungen

  • •Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in IT service delivery, IT management or IT service management
  • •Strong familiarity with agile, DevOps, or SRE
  • •Team player with high social competence
  • •Result-oriented and pragmatic way of working
  • •Proven facilitation of cross-functional working groups
  • •Tooling and metrics know-how a plus: ServiceNow, Jira, APM/observability tools

  • •Interface between bank business units and IT service providers
  • •Shape and maintain the digital strategy and roadmap
  • •Define outcome-based KPIs and OKRs for digital initiatives
  • •Track benefits realization for digital initiatives
  • •Build executive-ready performance insights and dashboards
  • •Lead strategy and performance reviews with domain leads
  • •Drive corrective actions and prioritization decisions
  • •Analyze product and delivery data to identify bottlenecks
  • •Support sourcing and partnerships with outcome-focused measures
  • •Coordinate cross-functional modernization initiatives
  • •Run benchmarking and external scanning for strategy refresh
