IT Service Owner Infrastructure(m/w/x)
End-to-end responsibility for Digital Workplace services, managing external providers for a world market leader in technical orthopedics. Anforderungen
- University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or comparable field
- Several years of experience in Digital Workplace environment
- Knowledge in Virtualization, Telephony, Microsoft Copilot, and Domain Management
- Experience in implementation, operation, and continuous improvement of global IT services
- Solid knowledge of IT service management processes (e.g., ITIL), contract and provider management, and financial topics
- Clear and effective communication in German and English
- Enjoyment of teamwork and working with international stakeholders
Aufgaben
- Take end-to-end responsibility for Digital Workplace services
- Define and measure service quality using clear KPIs
- Derive targeted improvement measures based on KPIs
- Manage external service providers to ensure stable operations
- Define contractual and operational frameworks, including SLAs
- Make decisions on target technical architecture in collaboration with teams
- Monitor and optimize service delivery costs
- Plan budgets and shape global cost allocation models
- Observe market trends to identify innovation opportunities
- Plan and coordinate technical and organizational transformation activities
- Collaborate with other IT Service Owners to define interfaces
