Aufgaben
- Lead international IT projects across Sales, Finance, and eCommerce
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource requirements
- Proactively manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives
- Analyze existing processes and identify challenges
- Translate business needs into clear and actionable requirements
- Facilitate workshops and evaluate solution options
- Design scalable and sustainable approaches that deliver business value
- Identify opportunities for process and application optimization
- Coordinate all phases of solution delivery, including design, testing, deployment, and hypercare
- Ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards
- Oversee go-live activities and ensure smooth implementation and adoption
- Monitor project progress and address delivery risks
- Facilitate a seamless transition into operational support
- Build strong relationships across business and IT functions
- Act as a trusted partner for stakeholders, consultants, and delivery teams
- Ensure alignment and transparent communication throughout project execution
- Provide clear project updates and manage stakeholder expectations
- Resolve project issues and support change management activities
- Drive engagement and ensure successful project outcomes
- Identify opportunities to optimize Sales and eCommerce systems and processes
- Drive application enhancements from concept to implementation
- Ensure business applications evolve with changing business needs
- Contribute to application governance, documentation, and knowledge sharing
