- Lead IT projects for diverse clients
- Ensure successful solution delivery
- Coordinate between stakeholders, internal teams, and suppliers
- Organize, plan, and coordinate all project phases
- Define and maintain project schedule, budget, and workload
- Define and maintain required resources
- Steer project delivery
- Ensure compliance with cost, timeline, and quality requirements
- Ensure compliance with business requirements
- Propose and implement a governance framework
- Lead project committees, steering meetings, and workshops
- Oversee definition of business needs
- Ensure creation of functional specifications
- Ensure creation of requirements documentation
- Supervise work of developers, integrators, architects, and analysts
- Orchestrate work of developers, integrators, architects, and analysts
- Identify project risks
- Propose mitigation plans for risks
- Monitor corrective actions for risks
