- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency with modern collaboration and project management tools
- Very good knowledge of German and English, written and spoken
- Proactive mindset and willingness to drive change
- Openness to continuous learning in a dynamic environment
- Experience in IT service management frameworks
- Familiarity with digital transformation projects or agile methodologies
Aufgaben
- Analyze and optimize workflows
- Gather requirements from internal stakeholders
- Provide expert support throughout the process lifecycle
- Act as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement new processes

- Monitor portfolio performance
- Report governance metrics to management
- Maintain clear documentation of processes and standards
