- In-depth knowledge of Windows OS (Windows 10 & 11)
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office & Office 365
- In-depth knowledge of PC/Laptop hardware
- In-depth knowledge of PC/Laptop peripherals, including printers
- In-depth knowledge of Mobile devices
- In-depth knowledge of Active Directory
- In-depth knowledge of Exchange
- ITIL certification and familiarity with Service Now ticketing system (advantage)
- GMP-/GxP knowledge (desired)
- Highly self-motivated and directed
- Keen attention to detail

Aufgaben
- Eliminate and process faults in industrial environment
- Act as main point of contact for computer issues
- Monitor and optimize desktop infrastructure performance
- Develop and implement industrial solutions
- Create and enforce industry standards
- Participate in industrial IT concepts
- Resolve end-user software and hardware issues
- Install and configure desktop hardware and software
- Support client standard technologies
- Troubleshoot PC connectivity and network issues
- Implement and support remote access solutions
- Escalate service issues as needed
- Communicate with customers about incident progress
- Monitor network performance and resolve issues
- Track and maintain IT assets
- Train staff on computer operations and software
