- Minimum 2 years IT Support/Infrastructure experience
- IT-related degree, A-Level, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in written and verbal English
- Solid experience with Microsoft Windows Server 2022
- Experience with various Linux distributions (Ubuntu, Debian, RedHat/CentOS, Oracle)
- Strong understanding of networking, IP addressing, and troubleshooting
- Experience managing firewall policies (Juniper, Checkpoint, Cisco)
- Knowledge of load balancer concepts
- Hands-on experience in F5 or HAProxy
- Familiarity with hypervisors (VMWare, OpenStack, Proxmox)
- Cloud-native mindset using Kubernetes
- Experience with Dell server hardware
- Conceptual understanding of Storage Area Networks (Brocade/Broadcom)
- Exceptional troubleshooting ability
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Strong ability to interpret business and user needs
Aufgaben
- Maintain healthy infrastructure (networks, datacenters, servers, services)
- Assist with business-critical network infrastructure rollouts
- Assist with product and service rollouts
- Ensure data integrity and security
- Comply with regulatory, security, and privacy requirements
- Produce IT procedure documentation
- Maintain IT procedure documentation
- Provide on-call production support for IT Operations (rota basis)
