- Fluency in German and English
- Familiarity with ServiceNow, Microsoft and/or Oracle technologies, and IT project management methodologies
- Ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Experience working in service-based or security industries preferred
- Hands-on leadership and decision-making
- Change management and ability to drive adoption of new technologies and processes
- Business acumen and understanding of IT’s impact on organisational strategy
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and planning capabilities
- Influencing and stakeholder management skills at all levels
Aufgaben
- Establish and lead the IT function in Germany
- Define priorities, processes, and governance aligned with European standards
- Serve as the primary IT adviser for local business stakeholders
- Partner with teams to drive technology deployment and issue resolution
- Lead critical programs and CRM implementation
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Monitor project execution and escalate risks proactively
- Act as the key liaison between local stakeholders and central IT teams
- Facilitate collaboration and communication across functions
- Provide regular updates on project progress and performance metrics
- Support IT budgeting and cost management with the CFO
- Align IT investments with business priorities
- Onboard and coach future IT staff
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
