- Handle change requests in Finance & Controlling.
- Conduct functional testing in Finance & Controlling.
- Conduct training sessions.
- Provide 2nd-level user support.
- Collaborate with key users in departments and subsidiaries.
- Collaborate with IT to ensure efficient processes.
