In this role, you will be a key player in the MES consulting team, working closely with customers to analyze their needs, optimize production processes, and implement tailored MES solutions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include training users, providing support, and ensuring successful project execution.

Anforderungen

• •Completed studies in business informatics, manufacturing, business administration, or comparable practical experience
• •Several years of professional experience in consulting or project management, ideally in the MES environment
• •IT and process knowledge in manufacturing, automation, machine connection, or software development in the MES environment
• •Knowledge of MES standards (ISA-S95, S88), programming languages (Java, C#), databases (SQL, Oracle), Windows, WebServer (IIS), and cloud technology (AWS, Azure)
• •Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English
• •Analytical, customer-oriented thinking skills and quick comprehension of customer requirements
• •Ability to work in a team, reliability, commitment, willingness to learn, flexibility, and ability to work under pressure

Aufgaben

• •Support implementation projects by analyzing customer requirements
• •Model, adapt, and implement MES solutions for customer go-live
• •Consult customers on redesigning and optimizing production processes
• •Advise on optimal use of MES solutions and their implementation
• •Estimate technical efforts and evaluate customer adaptation requests
• •Prepare and conduct user training courses and customer workshops
• •Implement customer/product demos and evaluate projects for offers
• •Act as a contact person for customers regarding problem solutions
• •Support project managers as a liaison between developers and customers
