Aufgaben
- Act as the primary contact for SAP EWM and warehouse applications
- Coordinate and implement the SAP EWM application strategy
- Manage external service providers
- Support application changes and implementation activities
- Build deep knowledge of company processes and IT landscapes
- Train and support Power Users and End Users
- Drive high data quality to optimize business processes
- Lead temporary working groups and provide expert advisory
- Maintain and update solution documentation
- Ensure fulfillment of defined business SLAs
- Manage the application portfolio budget and forecasting
- Integrate decentralized SAP EWM with central SAP systems
- Identify and propose warehousing process improvement initiatives
- Evaluate opportunities for logistics automation and optimization
- Advise stakeholders on implementing process improvements
- Represent company interests in global IS projects
- Identify digital trends that increase process efficiency
- Ensure adherence to Quality and IT standards
