Anforderungen

• •Completed business or commercial education or equivalent qualification
• •Professional experience in a commercial role, business administration, or auditing ideally in mail order or e-commerce
• •Excellent numeracy skills with a precise, proactive, and solution-oriented work style
• •Confident use of MS Office and modern communication tools
• •Strong written and spoken communication skills in English and German
• •Team player who enjoys working with people from different cultures and departments

Aufgaben

• •Inspect incoming goods invoices for accuracy and compliance
• •Clarify discrepancies with German- and English-speaking suppliers and carriers
• •Address specific queries related to sales and accounting
• •Communicate closely with Purchasing, Replenishment, Logistics, and Accounting departments
• •Process complaints and ensure timely resolutions
• •Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings
• •Identify opportunities to streamline processes within the Invoice Team
