Aufgaben
- Support the Lead PMBP on Single Aisle production ramp-up projects
- Report on project status to top management
- Follow up on project actions for senior leadership
- Manage stakeholders through interactive Google Sites and newsletters
- Propose new communication ideas and strategies
- Manage the Single Aisle Ramp-Up project portfolio
- Maintain project data to enable top management decision-making
- Prioritize key projects within the Airbus portfolio
- Advise on Airbus project management processes and tools
- Propose improvements for project methods and tools
- Manage risks and opportunities through project planning
- Analyze critical paths and project interdependencies
