Aufgaben
- Build basic knowledge of MEMS components' mechanical and thermal behavior
- Support analysis through analytical and numerical models
- Develop a system model for thermomechanical behavior using Python or Matlab
- Develop simulation methods for highly accurate thermal and mechanical analyses
- Expand simulation methods to further disciplines
- Document methods, results, and developed scripts concisely
