- Check inventory of reliability hardware
- Check inventory of consumables in failure analysis area
- Support ongoing improvement projects
- Support 5S initiatives
- Integrate reliability hardware into electronic databases
- Implement standardization improvements in the lab environment
- Perform failure analysis for internal requests
- Conduct mechanical/chemical preparation of products
- Perform optical microscopy of products
- Perform electron microscopy of products
- Analyze material composition of products
- Verify recipes for ongoing test requests
- Integrate test plans into reliability database
- Design lab hardware
- Create test jigs
- Create customized trays for part handling
