- Manage and refine the product backlog (user stories, acceptance criteria, prioritization)
- Assist in feature research, competitor analysis, and documentation
- Collaborate with Henkel's UX/UI designers for user-focused solutions
- Analyze usage data and customer feedback for product improvements
- Prepare presentations and reports for stakeholders
- Participate in testing and quality assurance of new releases
- Work within a Scrum Agile framework with cross-functional teams
