- Strong interest in microbial manufacturing processes and process lifecycle management
- Basic understanding of bioprocess fundamentals (microbial upstream/downstream, process parameters, impact on product quality)
- High attention to detail and interest in technical documentation and data integrity
- Strong interest in GMP environments and regulated manufacturing
- Good organizational and planning skills, ability to manage multiple tasks/timelines
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams (Manufacturing, Quality, Quality Control)
- Structured, analytical mindset with problem-solving orientation
- Good English knowledge, written and spoken
Aufgaben
- Support material management in microbial cGMP manufacturing
- Mitigate material quality issues
- Design and qualify single-use assemblies
- Coordinate stakeholder inputs for document preparation
- Monitor activity progress and identify delays
- Escalate issues and risks to MSAT process expert lead
- Review and analyze material management data
- Support MSAT process expert activities throughout project lifecycle
- Resolve process issues during manufacturing
- Conduct GMP risk analysis for manufacturing processes
- Compile process-related deviations and change requests
- Support continuous improvement projects
