- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- Experience with SAP (ERP system) and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Qlik) is desirable
- Strong analytical skills and a structured, solution-oriented approach
- Responsible, entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- Strong team spirit and communication skills
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
Aufgaben
- Support budget preparation and forecasting
- Conduct variance analyses and recommend corrective actions
- Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports
- Perform monthly closing activities
- Analyze and plan cost centers
- Collaborate with management, production, and accounting teams
- Manage project controlling for cross-functional projects
- Assist with CAPEX activities
- Execute and document internal control system (ICS) controls
- Contribute to the development of controlling processes
- Participate in improvement and digitalization projects
