- Strong Python programming skills
- Experience with data analysis libraries (pandas, numpy)
- Basic understanding of machine learning concepts
- Experience with scikit-learn or similar ML frameworks
- Familiarity with Jupyter Notebooks
- Understanding of statistics and data structures
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Clear communication and documentation skills
- Good English skills (spoken and written)
Aufgaben
- Develop and deploy ML/AI capabilities
- Apply ML/AI for test data analytics
- Apply ML/AI for yield prediction
- Perform ML/AI anomaly detection on wafer/test logs
- Support design and implementation of ML/AI projects
- Prepare, clean, and structure datasets using Python
- Conduct exploratory data analysis
- Collaborate with teams to define use cases
- Build structured data pipelines
- Train and evaluate models (classification, regression, clustering)
- Perform hyperparameter tuning and model comparison
- Implement a prototype (internal tool, simple API)
- Support early-stage AI product exploration
