- Degree in Engineering, Chemical Process Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- Proven experience leading complex engineering or process development projects in manufacturing, FMCG, R&D, or comparable industrial environment
- Accountability for delivering projects from concept through industrialisation, with ownership of technical decisions and outcomes
- Strong background in process engineering, manufacturing engineering, or production roles, with hands-on exposure to scale-up and plant environments
- Experience working with external suppliers, converters, equipment vendors, or technology partners
- Confidence operating in international, cross-functional, and matrix teams
- Flexibility to travel internationally and support project delivery on site
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Solid presentation skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, knowledge of MS Project and CAD is an advantage
- Strong engineering judgment and structured problem-solving
- Ability to translate technical concepts into practical manufacturing solutions
- Confident stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Clear English communication, written and spoken
- Project leadership mindset with high ownership
- Adaptability and willingness to travel internationally
- Curiosity, resilience, and pragmatic, solution-oriented approach
Aufgaben
- Take end-to-end ownership of engineering projects
- Lead technical decision-making in process design
- Select and commission equipment for manufacturing
- Deliver capital investment and industrialisation projects
- Collaborate with R&D, Supply Engineering, Manufacturing, Marketing, Procurement, Quality, and external partners
- Support manufacturing sites during start-up and post-launch phases
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, environmental, and regulatory requirements
- Provide technical leadership to cross-functional teams
- Share engineering knowledge and best practices
