- Ability to represent the Sales function effectively
- Experience in an international environment
- Solid understanding of category management
- Solid understanding of account management
- Solid understanding of channel management
- Confident use of Excel
- Confident use of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Use of data for commercial decisions
- Strong analytical thinking
- Translate insights into actionable strategies
- Strong communication skills
- Build relationships across countries and functions
- Influence stakeholders effectively
- Excellent English skills
- Good German skills
- Willingness to travel
- Cultural sensitivity
Aufgaben
- Drive sales activities and target achievement
- Conduct NRM lever sprints with SCT NRM Lead and countries
- Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks
- Analyse initiative performance continuously
- Ensure actions deliver tangible business outcomes
- Collaborate with IT and Data & Reporting Specialists
- Contribute to NRM tool evolution
- Support international rollout of NRM tools
- Strengthen Price and Promotion levers
- Develop capability-building materials
- Create playbooks and best practices
- Deliver structured NRM training programs
- Conduct workshops to embed NRM skills
- Coordinate country visits and audits
- Maintain strong stakeholder relationships
- Identify and scale new growth opportunities
