Anforderungen
- 6-8 years international trade execution experience
- Experience in grains, oilseeds, or agricultural commodities
- Strong command of international trade rules (GAFTA, FOSFA, etc.)
- Strong command of contract terms
- Solid knowledge of international payment instruments
- Solid knowledge of Letter of Credit processes (UCP 600, ISBP)
- Solid knowledge of Banking and Trade Finance practices
- Familiarity with Incoterms 2010/2020
- Application of Incoterms across diverse trade corridors
- Experience with trade management systems (Aspect, Triple Point, or equivalent)
- Bachelor’s degree in international business, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
- Strong analytical mindset
- Excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable working with numbers and financial instruments
- Proactive and solutions-oriented
- Able to anticipate problems and act decisively
- Excellent cross-cultural communication
- Ability to build trust with stakeholders and counterparties

Aufgaben
- Execute soybean international trade flows
- Manage vessel pipeline from nomination to settlement
- Coordinate third parties for loading and discharging
- Monitor daily operations for contractual compliance
- Anticipate and resolve operational issues
- Escalate issues to Execution Manager or Traders
- Understand commercial contracts and trade rules
- Ensure document instructions meet buyer requirements
- Issue shipping documentary instructions to sellers
- Guarantee document compliance throughout trade process
- Update front system and file supporting documentation
- Prepare and review Letters of Credit
- Negotiate LC documents with LC Execution Centre
- Prepare and review commercial invoices
- Follow up on accounts receivable
- Review and approve incoming invoices
- Escalate invoice discrepancies
- Follow up on laytime calculations
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements
- Liaise with senior traders and cross-functional teams
- Build relationships with external parties
- Provide technical expertise to peers
- Develop junior team members
- Participate in process improvement initiatives
