- Build and maintain Category Development Resources
- Develop impactful Conceptual Selling Stories
- Refine conceptual selling capabilities
- Update case studies and training material
- Become a global expert in data storytelling and visualization
- Coordinate and share best practices across markets
- Develop and refine Category Management training programs
- Refine, develop, and implement training initiatives
- Collaborate with country teams on training coordination
- Support and co-lead CatMan Lite and Space Planning training sessions
- Champion knowledge sharing and best practices
- Lead the team’s communications framework
- Ensure platforms provide up-to-date and relevant content
- Coordinate quarterly Global Trade Marketing community meetings
- Maintain and update internal space planning content
- Support country teams in developing planogramming solutions
