- Familiarity with ITGCs and ITACs
- Understanding of enterprise systems in ICFR control environment
- Ability to discuss IT controls basics confidently
- Eagerness to deepen IT controls expertise
- Strong curiosity regarding Generative AI
- First hands-on exposure to Generative AI preferred
- Enjoyment of testing new approaches
- Ability to translate ideas into practical improvements
- Curiosity for adjacent technologies
- Interest in RPA, low-code tools, and AI/ML
- Willingness to learn impact of technologies on ICFR/ICSR

- Update and improve RIC Manual sections
- Answer methodology questions
- Prepare content for the global IC community
- Plan and deliver workshops
- Create training materials
- Develop guidance and FAQs
- Deliver training sessions
- Support external auditor alignment
- Prepare materials for auditor discussions
- Participate in auditor alignments
- Identify patterns in IT controls
- Analyze recurring issues
- Propose improvement actions
- Participate in cross-functional initiatives
- Engage in innovation topics
- Build assurance skillset
- Expand internal network
