- Experience with Snowflake, SQL, or Python (plus)
- Technical curiosity and comfort working with data
- Ability to learn new tools quickly
- Clear and confident written and verbal communication
- Collaborative approach to stakeholder coordination
- Fluency in English
- Knowledge of additional European languages (bonus)
- Independent and reliable work style
- Ability to manage several workstreams simultaneously
- Interest in e-mobility, infrastructure, or automation
Aufgaben
- Configure charging networks during CPO onboarding
- Ensure seamless network access for OEM brands
- Monitor data quality to detect issues early
- Maintain a reliable experience for end users
- Resolve technical support and dispute cases
- Investigate and analyze root causes of issues
- Manage partner communication and corrective measures
- Analyze data and report on KPIs
- Identify trends and operational inefficiencies
- Build tools and support automation initiatives
- Drive efficiency gains across operational processes
