- •Completed B.Sc. and pursuing M.Sc. in Engineering
- •Foundation in design, materials, and manufacturing
- •Proficiency with CAD software
- •Hands-on mindset for building and testing
- •Communication, teamwork, and English skills
- •Self-motivation and interest in hardware challenges
- •Experience with drones or robotic systems
- •Experience with 3D printing
- •Familiarity with DFM/DFA principles
- •Exposure to systems engineering approaches
- •Experience with CAD version control
- •Basic Python programming skills
- •Comfortable in cross-functional team collaboration

- •Analyze root causes for iterative design improvements
