- Experimenting with new tools
- Portfolio of personal projects or hackathon experience
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Self-motivation and detail-orientation
- Adaptability to dynamic environments
- Collaborative team player
- Effective communication in English
- Ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience with AR/VR platforms, AI/ML frameworks, or UX/UI design (plus)
- Prior work in innovation labs or experiential technology projects (plus)
- Willingness to work on-site at Allianz Campus
- Commitment to global collaboration for innovation
- Enrollment in university or gap year for internship/working student positions
- Certificate of enrollment (exception gap year)
- Valid work and residence permit (for non-EU citizens)
Aufgaben
- Build and test interactive technology demonstrations
- Maintain and troubleshoot hardware setups
- Support prototype development using AI, AR/VR, IoT
- Assist with coding, scripting, and integration tasks
- Research emerging technology trends
- Prepare summaries and presentations on technology trends
- Evaluate tools and vendors for showcase integration
- Manage updates in the Content Management System (CMS)
- Create multimedia content for digital displays
- Maintain technical documentation
- Prepare showcases for visitor tours
- Support technology demonstrations
- Answer visitor questions and gather feedback
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions
- Assist with project documentation and reporting
- Experiment with new tools and platforms
- Propose ideas for new visitor experiences
- Develop engaging interactive demonstrations
