Anforderungen
- Student in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, Control Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Good understanding of renewable power/energy systems and battery operation
- Solid understanding of optimization concepts; AI/ML and Big Data skills plus
- Experience with Python, Modelica or equivalent modeling environments; Linux experience plus
- Experience in SoX estimation for LFP batteries strong plus
- Familiarity with optimization or AI/ML frameworks advantageous
- Fluent written and spoken English
Aufgaben
- Extend battery system models and controllers
- Develop and test new EMS control strategies
- Design and implement optimization-based scheduling algorithms
- Benchmark and compare different optimization approaches
- Analyze the performance of various algorithmic approaches
- Contribute to AI and ML forecasting modules
- Develop AI-driven decision support tools
- Validate systems using simulation frameworks and datasets
