- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Interest or experience in mobility, logistics, or vendor management
- Comfortable communicating with internal and external stakeholders
Aufgaben
- Support daily fleet operations
- Monitor fleet availability
- Report fleet damage or theft
- Conduct weekly inventory checks
- Identify process gaps
- Drive operational improvements
- Automate reporting using Python and JavaScript
- Automate workflows using automation tools
- Monitor vendor performance
- Coordinate with service partners for maintenance
- Coordinate with service partners for logistics
- Contribute to fleet audits
- Plan for fleet relocations
- Plan for fleet repairs
- Prepare KPI reports for warehouses
- Prepare documentation for warehouses
- Collaborate with County Operations teams
- Collaborate with Tech teams on projects
