- Support customers with insurance products
- Manage insurance-related information in the central leasing system
- Collaborate with departments to secure optimal partners and conditions
- Advise the Commercial department on insurance coverage questions
- Analyze customer products against third-party solutions
- Highlight advantages of Ayvens solutions to boost penetration rate
- Actively support the sale of insurance products
- Manage insurance data in relevant systems
- Coordinate the insurance premium payment process
- Assist other departments with insurance coverage and premium inquiries
- Conduct regular training for Commercial employees on VBV certification
- Interface with Ayvens Insurance and external partners
- Negotiate special solutions with contract partners as needed
- Support international customers with group insurance
- Coordinate the road traffic tax payment process
- Participate in and lead projects as necessary
- Prepare insurance certificates for external partners
- Ensure timely delivery of insurance-related reports
