- •University degree in innovation management, finance, economics, data analytics, entrepreneurship or related fields
- •Professional experience in venture capital, corporate innovation management or corporate venture building
- •Ability to apply systematic business model analysis frameworks
- •Proficiency in innovation methodologies
- •Very good English skills (German is a plus)
- •Advanced expertise in Microsoft suite tools
- •Excellent stakeholder communication and translation of complex concepts
- •Experience supporting investment committees and funding decision processes
