- Experience working with AFRICOM or other Combatant Commands
- Background in innovation and experimentation methodologies
- Knowledge of the Global Campaign of Learning
- Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools
Aufgaben
- Develop joint and combined exercises
- Enhance US capabilities and integration with Allies and Partners
- Improve USAFRICOM headquarters exercises
- Optimize Service Command processes
- Collate best practices from the Joint Force
- Integrate best practices into exercises and operations
- Facilitate collaboration with AFRICOM staff, industry partners, OSW, Joint Staff J7, and Service Commands
- Integrate lessons learned into exercises and operations
- Conduct rapid analysis and synthesis
- Lead cross-functional teams and red teaming
- Develop insights and actionable recommendations
- Inform decision-making and facilitate adaptation
- Create flash updates, operational learning notes, and CJCS updates
- Produce briefing products for Senior Leadership
- Integrate cutting-edge technologies
- Assist in developing exercises and wargames
- Utilize innovation and experimentation methodologies
